We are able to provide the following with regards to refunds regardless of phase:

1) Cancellation of the season or withdrawal up until April 20th, just after when teams are finalized-full refund less a $20 non-refundable administration fee.

2) Cancellation of the season or withdrawal from April 20th up until before the 3rd game- 50% refund.

3) Cancellation of the season or withdrawal as of the 3rd game or later- No refund.

The above refund schedule allows us to cover non recoverable costs of products and services necessary to prep and run the upcoming season (bank fees, website and registration fees, equipment, uniforms, insurance, to name a few).
